こんにちは
私はwindowsでvirtual box+vagrantを使ってるんですが、
virtual box 5.0に移行してちょっとハマったのでメモメモ。
古いvirtual boxとvagrantをアンインストールして再起動後、
新しいバージョンをインストール。
vagrant upしたらこんなエラーが

調べてみたらどうやら、
vagrantアンインストールでは
ホストオンリーアダプタのデバイスを消してくれないようです。
なのでデバイスマネージャから古いデバイスを消します。

画像のうち警告のでてるものを削除。
あらためてvagrant upすると正常に立ち上がりました。
でも、もう1個難点が、
default: Guest Additions Version: 4.3.20
default: VirtualBox Version: 5.0
Guest Additions Versionがずれてます。
vagrant-vbguestを入れてもエラーで直りませんでした。
Installing Virtualbox Guest Additions 5.0.0 - guest version is 4.3.20 Verifying archive integrity… All good. updateしくってます。
/var/log/vboxadd-install.logを見ろ。とのことなのですが、
これってwindowsだとどこ？
対応まちかな？
[追記] ゲストのkernel-develをあわせるといいみたいでした。
